Pokémon AlphaOmega and RubySapphire

I still can't get over that MegaSlowbro. It doesn't even look practical; how can it fight like that?

I'd guess that it's physical attack and speed drop drastically, while on the other hand, it's special attack and defenses sky rocket. In other words, the idea is that it's a stationary turret or something. I could even imagine it rotating on it's tail to keep track of it's opponent.
