Use the same story. But re-do it so that it actually works, you know? That way it's good all the way through, and will have more of a chance of keeping an audience up until the same point that a terrible beginning but good ending would.

tl;dr keep the comic good all the way through and more people will keep reading it instead of having some of your audience stop reading because of a crappy start
