Not every game presented to the ESRB has shown the most objectionable parts though. Some games have either been re-rated due to having stuff the ESRB missed the first time, or got away with things that are completely inappropriate for its rating but yet still kept its rating.
The one that I can think of off the top of my head would be Destroy All Humans 2. That game had such great dialogue, but it really shouldn't have had a T because of it, and it later was reclassified as an M in Best Buys at least.
