3DS Ripping Catch-All Thread

If I can get icons ready, I might be able to have all the regular in-battle enemies uploaded before the end of the day.
So Dazz, I would love to know your technique :p

I've set up a number of batch commands in photoshop that allows me to simply highlight a sprite and hit F12, and it will turn it into an icon.

I'd love to get an application that would do the same thing, but not had the time to work with someone to design it yet.
