Mario's RPG sprites could stand to have smaller eyes and a bigger nose. Megaman needs some work on his perspective and jagged lines. The color palettes on both are good.
Barry needs more contrast on his suit, hair and equipment, and has some pillow shading in the narrower parts.
Apart from the weird face, the Heavy looks pretty cool. But why is there so much empty space?
