Naruto, yours are just horrible, the pose for Dragonite is nice, but the sprite itself is dreadful, if I were you, I'd give up trying to fix it and start again.
Wes, I really liked the sprites you did before, I really think they were successful. I think the problem with Tauros' leg is that it is too far right, try moving it a little left. Snorlax's leg needs moving in towards the body, and probably needs redrawing, as the position it is in looks a little stiff. Marowak's face is too pointed and not big enough, arms are also too stiff, as well as our right arm being too long. Dewgong looks extremely sketchy and needs some serious smoothing, as well as some fattening, since Dewgong is not that thin, not even nearly.
