The head is badly proportioned to the body. You can fix it by either scaling the head down or scaling the body up. By the way, before you even think of using the scale tool of Photoshop, it would be better if you were to do it manually because the scale tool has a habit of leaving artifacts on the default settings.

But drawing the circle is really hard! X_X
By the way, I will edit the body and the face for later...
