If you're talking about transferring your Mii fighter from the 3DS version to the Wii U version along with its full appearance, it turns out you actually can. It's really misleading because when you look at it on the transfer screen after the initial transfer it looks like they replaced it with a generic Mii appearance. But once you actually head over to another mode and go to select your character, it will look the way you intended it to look. It's weird.
