Pokémon AlphaOmega and RubySapphire

I love this game but it opens up a number of questions, unless theres some events that I've missed.

What is Archie (and I'm assuming Maxie if you are playing OR)'s connection with Jirachi?
What was Deoxys looking for on earth?
Whats the full story with Zinnia? They gave little nods to her past but a lot is still a mystery.
Why are the small meteors that Rayquaza eats able to help him mega evolve?
What does the laser from 3000 years ago in the X&Y games have to do with all this (as it's obvious that it did play a major role in the post game plot)?
Is there going to be a Battle Frontier? You can see the thing that says they want to build a battle tower, and another guy says he's looking for someone to be the Pike Queen, and that Scott has high expectations.
Whats the full story with Hoopa? It's obvious that those are his rings all over the place.
Is Devon corp evil? Seems theres some notes on Sea Mauville that would imply some characters like the people with Devon, and Dock have shady pasts.

I really hope that either the 3rd part/sequel to X&Y, or if these games get a 3rd part, that they answer some of this
