I'm working on a QuickBMS script for this using that information you linked to. I understand most of it but I'm just a bit confused about how those directories work and how to manage them. What an ugly file 
I'll try get it sorted soon though.
EDIT: Looks like this might be a better job for a whole custom program. I mean, I probably could make a QuickBMS scripts if I really wanted to but it would take way more time and just be generally not as good.
