One thing you could do is stop deleting every post you make after somebody has already responded to it, thus breaking the flow of the page. If people don't see your post, and somebody responds to it, nobody will know what is actually being spoken about.

Is that against the rules?

Even if it isn't, it's still really annoying to try and piece together and make sense of a discussion when pieces are completely removed or posts are completely changed.
