Somehow knowing that it's called a Pulse Generator, I wonder about what a Pulse Generator is.

P.s. A pulse generator generates... pulses, of different frequencies (sound) that are capable of short circuiting electronics and breaking stuff.

(I know I'm not part of the RP here, but I believe the words you're looking for is "EMP Generator" [Electromagnetic pulse]. There's real-world wartime weapons that actually serve this purpose [shorting electronics within a given radius] and they operate on a much larger scale, but it seems that Virt has a tiny handheld one in this RP)
