I was going to mention that Star doesn't log in all that often, but I thought it would be rather rude. Heck, if it wasn't that big of a deal to make birthday topics for members who no longer come here, I would have made the topic myself.

That aside, though, I don't see what's wrong with wishing him a Happy Birthday considering what he's done for this community. Besides, I think he's probably lurking on this site from time time (even if he's not officially logged in), so he probably will see this and appreciate the good wishes.
