Top Ten of the Week #8 - Does this battle make my butt look fat?

I think people were taking this one a bit too seriously. The premise was for a single date, like, uh, if you were to win a date with a celebrity in a contest of something. I wasn't asking for anyone to try and develop an actual relationship with anyone, God forbid. I honestly thought people would have a bit of fun with this one. Ah well, I guess it's still a toughie, I'll do an easy one next week.

Anyways, here's some picks for me, although I can't seem to decide on what order to put them in so I'm just going to list them in no particular order:

Telma - LoZ: Twilight Princess

It's not usually my type, but I have to admit, Telma is kind of hot for a larger lady. It's not really all in her appearance though, it has a lot to do with the confident manner in which she carries herself. Confidence is definitely an attribute I find attractive, which is probably going to be a theme in a lot of these picks now that I think of it.



Tetra - LoZ: Wind Waker

... assuming she's of legal age of course. Eh heh. I'm joking of course, I'm not actually interested in having sex with any of these girls so age is really a bit of a moot point. Still, I don't think she's the dating type. More likely she'd just kidnap you and make you work as one of her crew as you go on cool pirate adventures. I'd be pretty cool with that.



Belleza - Skies of Arcadia

Yeah, she's technically one of the bad guys, what of it? I like Belleza, she's a high ranking admiral in the RPG-traditional evil empire, yet despite that she is against needless bloodshed, opting to undermine the enemy through clever trickery and subterfuge rather than force. Cleverness is another characteristic I find very appealing. I imagine a dinner with her would mostly involve conversation regarding philosophy.



Samus Aran - Metroid (duh)

By which I mean, pre-Other-M Samus. Does any more really need said?



Pretty Much Any Pokemon Trainer

Just because any date with them would definitely involve an adventure with real life POKEMON. I honestly could care less about the girl.

... wait, aren't pokemon trainers generally around ten years old? Blaaaauugh, never mind.

I'd pick a gym leader instead, but they basically only sit around in their gyms all day, and only use a single exclusive type of pokemon. Talk about boring.



Sheena - Tales of Symphonia

It's the attitude thing again. Plus I just think she's hot. She could stand to put her cleavage away once in a while my god. Ninja distraction technique my ass, she just likes to show off.



Lulu - FFX

I don't even have a good reason for this one. Dear God, them belts. She has to be into some weird shit.



Amidatelion / "Goldenrod" - FFCC: The Crystal Bearers

I dunno, I just think she's cool and would like to hang out with her for a while; nothing sexy going on here. Did anyone else even play this game? This title was seriously underappreciated.



Zelda - Skyward Sword

Literally the only Zelda with any sort of personality aside from her Toon incarnations. I don't think she has the slightest interest in anyone other than Link though. I mean seriously, we all know that Groose is ten times the man that Link will ever be, and she won't even bat an eye at him. Amirite? Amirite.


Ummm ... that's all I could come up with for now. And by "come up with" I mean literally staring at my game shelf struggling to make a list that works to any degree.

... this list really sucks, doesn't it.

I guess this really is just a hard one.
