There will be no big wall of text in response to this thread. Just a reply to the parts concerning me directly.
First, I had nothing to do with the hedgehog thread shutdown, though I don't disagree with the action. People seem to like to quote the definition of spam when they're making a point about how whatever thing they're talking about isn't but in every case, it fits the literal definition. I'm not against forum games - things like roll to dodge are great when well run because they are creative. The hedgehog thread was basically "post your Google image search result here" and really could have been accomplished in the existing random picture thread (which I'm also not fond of but I'm also trying not to be totally unreasonable). Too many of those threads just make the entire site look messy and that's all I'm trying to prevent.
The only direct involvement I had in any of this fiasco was ending your little follow-up adventure, which I won't get into here.
I do appreciate you being a respectable enough person to acknowledge that not everything has been bad though - most people wouldn't do that online. I'm not going to try to convince you to stay or celebrate your departure so best of luck with whatever you choose to do from here on out, assuming this isn't all one huge April Fool's joke.
