For the run, it looks more like someone in a controlled fast walking motion on a tread mill, if you can see that..? The main issue I see is that the arms and legs move with a constant speed. Instead, at the extremes they should be accelerating or decelerating. That means that during the extremes they move slower(with more frames). During intermediate frames, they move the fastest (with less frames). You already have the frames, so it's more of a timing adjustment.
