I really hate the character designs and the concept images shown look ridiculously generic compared to BK, but I'll be getting this at some point regardless.
I like how they shamelessly used the BK font for the new logo.

I think one of the stretch goals feature character designs by another former Rareware developer, so like


I'm pretty sure the character designs are subject to change. Because like what's a mascot platformer without at least a pair of shorts

Also Laylee better be a sassy black lady. She looks full of sass. Like that "Oh go on now baby you can do better! Roll on up into a ball and let me ride you so we can bash charging enemies and obstacles!"

I think it'll be more like "gwok gwok wok wok gwok"
