Super Smash Bros. 4 Model Project

How did you get the bump maps working correctly? Every time i do it the bump maps does not show on the viewport and only shows on the render window.

What program?

Assuming it's 3DS Max

I... have NO idea how to use 3DS Max. I only know how to properly use Blender. Max is just for me to get the models out, then I fix everything in Blender.
