(I still need to fix that "recursive bones" issue, but it's not completely important since only two models I've looked at have that problem.)

by that.. u mean by objects not being properly placed with the bone?

It's the one problem that both Zero Suit Samus and Mega Lucario's models have, where the models try to set up the bone positions based on bones that don't exist at that time (and therefore center themselves incorrectly).
