Correct, the models/textures are in that file, you just have to open it still.
In Ohana3DS, click Container on the left side bar, then click open and select the file to open. It'll show you a list of everything inside, then you can extract those to the folder of your choice. The Pokemon aren't labeled, so you'll have to do some searching to find what you're looking for. .pc files are models and .pt are textures.
