I think those are available already on download... just look at the models resource page and go to Nintendo 3DS section, if those aren't on X/Y then are on OR/AS. but on one of these are the models.
About Scarmory... it's unreleased yet. or at least I think it's unreleased... btw just look if you find it in the sections I told you.
