I had to do this in MS paint because my paint tool sai isn't working, and my tablet really hates letting me make curves in paint, so bear with me
Here, I'm trying to demonstrate what the original has that yours is lacking. If you notice, the original Kirby's pose has a certain intensity. This is achieved by positioning his body at more intense angles -- it's clear that he's leaning his weight into the pose, which shows the effort he's putting into it. In yours, everything is more-or-less vertical, so it looks like he's just standing with a hammer.
The hammer in the original is also almost completely sideways, whereas the head of your hammer is tilted a little bit more towards the viewer. I think it would make more sense if it was tilted further away from us like in the original.
