the neck is misplaced. you put it near his chin, which doesnt make sense at all. i found a picture of a young adult that may help you understand where it should be placed.

i also strongly recommend that you make new legs/arms every frame instead of using the same arms/legs every two frames. think of it like this: if you didnt add shading in this sprite, it would look like a 2 frame animation instead of a 4 frame animation. actually, it looks like a two frame animation right now because of the low contrast of the colors. i already mentioned the color thing before, so im kinda baffled that you didnt even try to change the colors.
