You may have found it easier, but we found it to be hell. We also had issues that made our "Other" section much larger than any other section on the site.
The letter thing I still see as a strange thing to complain about, since it's not exactly going to take longer to find something you want compared to the old site. I mean, the old site you had to go through 6 or 7 pages to get to Bomberman for example, where as know, search for it and it'll be there in 1 page, or to browse for it it'll only take 2 as well.
If you want to search by series, use the search engine. Seriously...
