Heh I saw too. No offense to Tuna but the one on the sheet is better.
EDIT: Okay, I made some last-minute changes to Dragonite (all I did was tweak the wings and change the shading a bit), but it's great, AND fits inside the max. dimensions. Oh, and Chris, sure. The Primeape's untaken so give it a shot .

Lineart's good, its a good pose, but its wings and the lines along the belly look sketchy and good use some AA touch-ups, and it's also way overhsaded. It's certainly coming along very well, though.

Heh, overshading seems to be a thing I keep doing. I'll have to work on cutting it down
AA was done in about 30 seconds, I wasn't really intending that Dragonite as a final version, but was just touching up what I thought was wrong with it, I'll edit it how you said though, see how it turns out.

EDIT: Ok, hows this? Fixed everything you said (to some degree at least) and added more muscle to the wings.
