First set is definitely color map, second looks like either specular or bump map. My guess would be spec.

Thanks for the quick reply. I should've been more informative and uploaded the "DIFF" maps as well too stop any confusion.

If you compare both "DIFF" & "SPEC", you will be able to notice a severe difference in both maps!
