Needs Python 2.7 to run. It runs your textures you select through a library and extracts the specular color, and the normal map itself and saves it to a file.
If you don't understand:
For me it works very well. However if you have any problems, please post them here. Make sure to do this for each of your normal maps that you extract from Smash 4
The normal maps after extracting the specular is converted without alpha, because the normal map's alpha was the specular and it's redundant to have it in the new _spc map and in the normal.
