Wolf has to return and whatever's the result of the ballot. Snake is sadly never going to happen, because #FucKonami.
I hope both my Ballot entries make it in obviously (yeah, I cheated, who hasn't): Tails (I want some hardcore Mario & Luigi on Sonic & Tails action) and Paper Mario (The first REAL flat fighter and not a flattened 3D model). Shovel Knight I'd also gladly take. I'm likely to be more than content with whatever we get from the ballot though.
You know, Ray Man also deserves a spot after that one red herring.
Oh, as for stages: Mute City and Pac-Maze from the 3DS version.
