That Sonic model was included in the August 2015 update post. It already had icons, and any changes would have gone through Revisions.

Anyway, sorta' continuing this from the last page, but what exactly should we do if there's a model with errors? Should they still get new icons, or should we just leave them be for now so they're easier to find later?

Depends on what kinds of errors, really. If the model itself is completely broken, you could set up a revision to call for its removal like a few other submissions have been earlier, for example.
