Did League come out this year though? Maybe that would have some bearing on it.

But the title isn't called "Best Multiplayer of the Year," so it shouldn't matter.  All competition needs to be considered.

It's just like how silly it is that every single time a new movie comes out and it gets some popularity, it's advertised as "Number one movie in America," which is never true, lol.  The sales figures of things like Avatar and Titanic would say otherwise.

It's pretty much implied in that it's part of the Game of the Year Awards.
