assuming you have pokemon_graphic.bin, put this exe into the folder of all those bins and run it, it'll rename all the bins to an educated guess of what it is. was coded for pokemon_graphic so no idea if it'll work for other extracted bch.
the zip also has oshawott, dewott, samurott, and blaziken's bch.
