Sprite sheet question

To be truthful I was thinking about it. I am not sure what legality issues or punishments would be. I thought about just trying to post it here to see what would happen. But I don't want to get in trouble. I am thinking the worst they could do is a cease and desist but I am no lawyer. Plus the guy is Japanese( I think, his website is Japanese.), assuming he doesn't know much English then I doubt he would even find it ever.

That is not a good attitude to have. Many Japanese artists stop sharing their work because people from other countries take that attitude. Heck, my favorite spriter that made all the Kaduki sprites for the RPG Maker battle system of the same name stopped and took down his entire web site for this exact reason.

If an artist or a game developer requests that you not repost their stuff, then you don't repost their stuff, period.
