Props to the creator for the program. It sounds like they have quite a bit planned for it in the future. In that case, it might have been wiser to release it in a small part of the internet so it wouldn't gain attention as quickly. That way, it would take longer for Nintendo to notice it and they could add more to it before Nintendo sends in the cease and desist order.

Then again, I dunno if it's really possible to keep a Mario (fan)game/program/whatever obscure for long...especially one of this scale.
