Least favorite VG music?

If there was any song from the X series I had to say I honestly didn't like, it would be this one.

Mega Man X3 - Neon Tiger

Now, this isn't an invitation to bash on the arranged X3 OST, as the rest of the music is pretty good at least, because the original SNES version is even worse IMO:

As for why? The melody and instrumentation/execution of them with it just ... sounds kinda dumb to me. It doesn't make me want to bash my face into my controller, but it definitely doesn't really appeal.
