I saw your model importing scripts for 3ds max and I have 2 questions about them.
I particularly like these scripts! ( https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2787...egaNO.html )
1. What version of 3DS Max should I use for them.
2. I noticed in particular that there were model import scripts for a few Sonic & SEGA games, but there are a few games that you have ripped from that do not have model import scripts and I am curious if we will ever get model import scripts from the following games:
- Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed (PC/Steam)
- Sonic Generations (PC/Steam)
- Sonic Lost World (Wii U)
- Sonic Unleashed (Xbox 360)
- Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games (Wii U)
2. The one model I ripped of Ralph from Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed was pretty much manually ripped, my script for that isn't in any usable condition just yet. Eventually I'll fix it up to work with other characters without inputting a bunch of manual offsets. Sonic Generations and Unleashed do have a model-importing script, linked to near the bottom of this post on Sonic Retro. The models I ripped from Lost World were using a modified version of that script which actually doesn't work with everything, but there's a separate program made more recently in this Sonic Retro topic that can be used to convert the models to the FBX format with rigging -- modelfbx. And finally, Mario & Sonic's using the BFRES model format, but you need to use this QuickBMS script to decompress the files first, then you can use the BFRES importer script to import them as normal.
