The one thing that looks pretty off to me is the Sans' right shoulder pad (or the shoulder pad you can see to the left). It looks a bit like you used the bevel tool there (even though I'm not saying that's the case). Try having the shading look like the shoulder pad opposite to it (specifically the shoulder attached to the arm holding the scythe).

By the way, judging by Sans' outfit, is this inspired by the Undertale StoryShift AU?

Huh, I kinda thought his left shoulder pad was the one that looked off. But that was because of the shape.
I don't think I used the bevel tool. I don't even have Photoshop. I'm using Clip Studio Paint (also known as Manga Studio 5). I just painted over it.
I think I probably screwed up on the lighting.
