While I'm still looking forward to DooM. I'm as annoyed as the community, due to how we've only seen multiplayer gameplay so far.
I want to see more of the single player campaign as I'm not really into playing multiplayer, besides only Splatoon. (Usually during Splatfest)
DooM is one of my favourite games, since I was only five when it first came out. Yeah, I grew up with DOS games more than console ones.
I still play it and try out some of the cool mods available for it. Though, I prefer mods that contain custom enemies and weapons more.
Map-only mods feel boring to me. You guys would think I like playing Brutal DooM, but I got sick of it as much as the modding community did.
Doom or DOOM - no idea what this DooM business is about... (even googled it to see if ot was actually a thing, it isn't).
Really, alphas and betas now days are only really about testing servers so I'm not surprised more hasn't been shown. I think enough has been shown of the single player to let people determine if they are interested or not. It's shown the slow 'horror' of Doom 3 is gone and we're back to fast Doom. Personally I'd like to hear more of the soundtrack, the classics really rocked but we've heard very little from the new game.
But well, I like it when less is shown. I don't want to see all the enemies or places before I play the game.
