I just picked up a trick in blender that will let you rescale uv maps.

Right after you press S, type in your numeric value like ".5" or "2" to adjust the UV map. I tried it on a Monado III model I ripped with a texture I combined with it's mirror counterpart. I'm surprised it worked. Anyway, if you don't have blender on your PC, I could offer to help you if you provide me with a zip file containing all three textures and the model itself.
