Not for Star Wars and Transformers yet, which sucks. This specific format of .pvr is being used more in games that it shouldn't be too long before someone cracks it LOL.
Spent the night trying to crack Marvel's: Avengers Alliance. Finally got to the models and textures, but wasn't happy with the end result. The models were damaged (so to speak ) and textures are so low-res that it's not worth doing the Normal Map. Here is what Electro from M-AA looks like:
