You need a special version of PCSX2 to be able to use NinjaRip on it I think. Also, sometimes the frame isn't ripped correctly so you'll have to press F9 or F10 again if the first rip just has a lot of empty 1kb files, this usually fixes it for me.
Though with all of that said even if you do manage to get it working the models will be distorted from the camera's perspective, though I have an idea how to fix this.
