The alpha channels of the normal maps seem to be for specular power, but there's also a third texture that's used for specular colour -- it's the one that's not automatically loaded in when you import the model.
Awww, dammit! Gonna have to fix all my rips now! So where's the spec color map then?
Top-left is the diffuse, top-right is the normal, bottom-left is the specular power (which is the alpha of the normal map), and bottom-right is specular colour.
