Oh, uh... I didn't realize that Ohana seems to export the PNGs differently. My bad. 
The way I was exporting the textures was by using this BCH2PNG program that Kaphotics sent me a while back (you'll need to decompress the files using NTCompress first). Then you should be able to use Noesis with those textures to split them accordingly.
