I have a Dave and Buster's somewhat near me and that's pretty much the last real vestige of the arcade in America, because often times they'll have actual arcade games in addition to the ticket games.

Mine has an awesome (presumably MAME-based) multi game machine chock full of old Capcom and SNK games, mostly fighters. I can play KoF happily for a while since I don't give a shit about D&B prizes.
