Blender Add-On for direct BFRES import (WIP!)

Thanks! I just paused writing on the BFRES part a little to focus the MK8 track info more, also cuz some ominous unknown guy also said he wanted to write a BFRES importer and exporter for all the games (of course) and I hate to do same work twice, especially since he doesn't share any progress or info about it.
