If you're not doing a playable app, is it possible to make it?

Sonic Runners scripts files are actually decompilable (.NET assembly), so you can see how the networks connections run, but you have to know how to recompile the scripts if you want to modify them for a custom server or run it offline. Note that if you try to do a game that use Sonic Runners scripts (C# - Unity), some paid assets are used (Playmaker and NGUI).
