The *.xsb is the index for the standard Xbox *.xwb, grab aluigi's unxwb, and it'll dump all the wav's, and you can play them in foobar as well 
. It's a little rough, because it doesn't add filenames, but it rebuilds headers of the files, so you'd have to sort them out yourself, unless you're willing to write a bms script that extracts headerless, but named files :0. Either way, you've got the files.
