So the SOAP doesn't exist now, and it's weird why Sega don't just buy off those shoes.

To the question, I have rev2 version of ModGen Sonic on my HDD(that with Unleashed look). As for now, on the site there's only minisheet release of it. Could I upload it to submissions?
