Oh, is this everything? I was wondering if Gaspard's mother and father actually had models in the game, or if all cut-scenes were just pre-rendered. Also, Gaspard's demon form?

It's most likely that I missed a few. Every NPC file is numbered, and there were a few gaps in the list of files that I ended up with. Most of the npc files are stored in a single directory, but a few are missing from there. To get the ones for Gaspard, Griffon and a few others, I had to dig through the cutscene and boss data. I didn't check all of the model files though because there's a lot of duplicate models with just different animation tracks.

I'll see about finding them whenever I have time to take a second pass on this.

I can ask him how he got the models?
and how can I do it?
