I know of two Dragon Ball Z games that haven't had a single model ripped from either of them, I'm not sure if they're "unrippable" I just know they haven't been ripped from. The games are Super Dragon Ball Z, originally an arcade game that was later ported to the ps2 and Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
