So... by your logic, I need to go back to my Persona 4 Arena Ultimax sprites, and update every single character with all 31 pallets. All characters. All 66 uploads. Some of which have 500+ frames of animation.

Yeah... eff that. Bush has the pallets right there on the sheet. You want a different color, then use a paint program to swap. It takes considerably less effort to do so than it does to actually rip and assemble the sprites.
